Does using gel coloring in chocolate works because it’s water base? You need oil base food coloring for chocolate, otherwise it will seize. Have to read the labels

I like you cause u funny and say all of your trial and errors. There’s no filter. I put unrefined coconut oil and compliments the strawberries is really good considering chocolate melts just have 1 flavor vanilla except for the milk chocolate one it has some cocoa in it and you can add cocoa powder once is melted first to give it more of the flavor but only on the chocolate ones.

I’m a baker (hobby) of over 44 years, I don’t bake for profit bc it took the joy out of my beloved hobby but there is a taste n texture difference in a box mix, but by adding pudding n milk instead of water, you can enhance box mix, but you still know it’s cake mix! Your cake still looks very delicious! I have several of those Nordic pans, they very good quality and they’re pretty. Your personality is so energetic! Awesome job!
